The Executive Mayor of Capricorn District Municipality, Cllr Mamedupi Teffo, led the multi-stakeholders meeting for the Olifantspoort and Ebenezer upgrade water service project. The meeting held at Capricorn District Municipality Chamber accessed progress on the implementation of the water project.The Team discussed all the matters related to the Olifantspoorts and Ebenezer upgrade water Services project which included the refurbishment and upgrade of the water supply infrastructure and the Ebenezer water supply scheme to reduce water backlogs.
The stakeholders that made presentations were Olifantspoort and Ebenezer, Lepelle Northern Water chairperson, Acting Mayor of Polokwane Municipality Cllr Alfred Mookamedi, Department of Water and Sanitation, Lebowakgomo Business Forum, Ga-Chuene Business forum, Moshate wa Ga-Chuene, affected municipal wards in Polokwane and other key stakeholders. The meeting was held on 17 September 2024.
