LIMPOPO PREMIER LED THE PROVINCIAL LAUNCH OF SAPS SAFER FESTIVE SEASON OPERATIONS

She was joined by the MEC for Transport and Community Safety Violet Mathye, SAPS Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, and other dignititaries.

In a way that showcases the province’s commitment to fighting crime, the Premier also handed over 60 vehicles equiped with advanced technology to fight against crime.

This year’s launch was themed “Combating crime through decisive police action and robust community involvement”. The Premier called on all the men and women in blue to do their work diligently to ensure residents and holidaymakers feel safe during the festive season and beyond. The launch took place on 27 October 2024.
