CDM SCOOPS PRODUCTIVITY GOLD AWARD FOR GROWING LOCAL ECONOMY
Capricorn District Municipality represented by MMC for Local Economic Development, Cllr M Mothiba received a gold recognition award from the Department of Economic Development and Tourism for growing the local economy and for its contribution to the Limpopo’s productive economy.
The recognition was bestowed to CDM last week during a regional ceremony. The Productivity Awards recognize individuals, organisations and communities for their contributions in building the Province’s productive economy.
The awards are used to generate awareness about the importance of productivity in developing growth in employment retention or creation. CDM won the award in public sector category.
