Capricorn District Municipality has successfully concluded a two-day Protocol Training Programme held in Polokwane for officials from the District Municipality and its local municipalities.
Facilitated by the Limpopo Legislature, the programme was designed to strengthen professionalism and enhance the capacity of officials who regularly interact with dignitaries and stakeholders during official engagements and events.
Participants received training on protocol, etiquette, professional ushering, maintaining a professional image, and the proper handling of dignitaries and official functions in the workplace.
