CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP FOR TOURISM ASSOCIATION IN CDM

Addressing the participants, Member of the Mayoral Committee responsible for Local Economic Development (LED) Cllr C Mamabolo highlighted the important role tourism plays towards socio-economic development in the district.

The workshop provided a chance for practitioners and interested parties to learn about opportunities in provincial tourism, funding, district tourism routes, skills development and more.

Stakeholders presenting were from various institutions including LEDET, SATSA, SEDA, LTA, NEF, Old Mutual, CDM, and Polokwane Municipality.

The CDTA Chairperson Lerato Sekgobela thanked CDM for the one-day workshop organised in partnership with Limpopo Tourism.
