On 14 July 2026, Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) continued its Human Resources Information Sessions by engaging employees at the Molemole Satellite Office.
The session formed part of the municipality’s ongoing commitment to empowering employees with knowledge of key workplace policies and performance management processes, while promoting a productive and accountable work environment.
Employees received information on Job Descriptions, Performance Plans, Performance Development Plans, Skills Audit Forms, Leave Plans, Leave Management as a performance target, and the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) Injury on Duty Policy.
The employee engagement sessions continued at the Lepelle-Nkumpi Satellite Office on 15 July 2026, ensuring that more employees benefited from the important Human Resources information programme.
