Capricorn District Municipality has convened its Strategic Planning Session for management at Landmark Lodge.The two-day session, which took place from 26 to 27 February 2026, brought together senior management to reflect, review priorities and align on the municipality’s strategic direction.
The engagement is expected to strengthen planning, enhance service delivery objectives and ensure focused implementation of key programmes for the benefit of communities across the district.
The second day of Capricorn District Municipality Management Strategic Planning Session discussed today are centred on DPEMS 2026/27–2030/31 Draft IDP reviewed strategies, projects and budgets, including key challenges and proposed interventions. The session also unpacking Community Services plans for 2026/27–2027/28, Corporate Services strategies for 2026/27–2030/31, and Finance Department draft strategies, projects and budgets for 2026/27–2030/31 as management aligns priorities with service delivery objectives.
