CDM Municipality
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 116 (3) (a) and (b) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) that it is the intention of Capricorn District Municipality to amend the existing Contract with Phoenix (Pty) Ltd for the Provision of Financial System for a further period of three (3) years.
Notice is hereby further given in terms of Section 21 and 21A of the Local Government: Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the local community and affected parties are invited to submit comments or representations on the proposed amendment of the existing contract with Phoenix (Pty) Ltd.
The reasons for the proposed amendment and variation of the existing contract have been considered and accepted by the Municipal Council at its Ordinary Council meeting held on the 21st November 2025 with Council Resolution Number: SC 02/2025 – 2026/5.1.1 of which the copy will be available to all interested parties on request via e-mail address indicated below.
Such comments or representations must be submitted by no later than 16 January 2026 at 12H00.
Comments or representations must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ COMMENTS ON NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF THE EXISTING CONTRACT” and be physically deposited in the tender box at the Capricorn District Municipality, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane or via email as depicted below. Closing date : 16 January 2026 @ 12:00
