CDM ATTENDS SANSBOC LIMPOPO ELECTIVE CONFERENCE

On 25 September 2025, Member of Mayoral Committee responsible for Development Planning Cllr Calvin Masoga joined Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety MEC Violet Mathye at the South African National Small Bus Operators Council (SANSBOC) Limpopo Provincial Elective Conference.
Speaking at the conference Cllr Masoga acknowledged and commended the exceptional work done by the Secretary of SANSBOC, Ms. Olivia Maponya. In her keynote address MEC Mathye emphasized the importance of women’s representation and encouraged that women should be elected to play a meaningful role within SANSBOC.
Key stakeholders including the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA), Road Accident Fund (RAF), Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA), and Nedbank were invited to make presentations on their roles in supporting the transport sector.
The conference concluded with the election of new provincial office bearers, marking a renewed chapter in strengthening the voice of small bus operators in Limpopo.
