NOTICE is hereby given in terms of section 19 (a) of Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000) read with Section 29A of Municipal Structures Act: that Ordinary Council meeting of Capricorn District Municipality will be held on Virtual Platform on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 14h00 to consider, among others, tabling of 2025/2026 Adjustment Budget in terms Section 28(1)(2) of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No.56 of 2003).
