EM extend his heartfelt gratitute to all officials

The Executive Mayor of CDM Cllr John Mpe extended his heartfelt gratitute to thank all officials from all the municipalities in the district who were managing the District Food Bank and are still ensuring that food parcels are distributed in a fair manner to the indigent households to alleviate the effects of poverty during this period of Covid19.

The Executive Mayor thanked all officials on 13 June 2020 and said, “Through cooperation and effective management skills of our staff, we were able to distribute food parcels to all those who submitted their names and verified as indigent. I would like to thank all staff who are still placed at the food bank for ensuring that food parcels are distributed fairly. Thanks for your support” Mpe said.
