Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary meeting of the Council of Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) will be held on Friday, 26 January 2024 from 10h00 on Virtual Platform mainly to consider, the Mid-Year Organisational Performance Report in terms of s 52 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 and the 2022/2023 Annual Report, tabled by the Executive Mayor in accordance with Section 127 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 200, Audit Outcome for 2022/2023 and amended policies of the institution.
The meeting will be live-streamed on the municipality’s official social media channels. A link for virtual streaming will be provided on the day of the meeting.
