The camp was attended by 300 grade 12 learners from various schools in the Capricorn South District.
Subjects that were offered are; Mathematics, Mathematical literacy. Accounting. Economics, Business Studies, Physical Science, Life Sciences, Geography, Agricultural Science, and English.
Speaking to the learners the Acting Executive Mayor of CDM, MMC for Finance, Cllr Maria Ramokolo said, ” We know that all of you want to pass your final examinations, so you can advance and pursue your career journey next year. Our plea therefore is that please surpass the class of 2022 and set your own record, that can only happen when you stay faithful to your studies”.
The camp started on Monday the 26th June and ended on Saturday 1st of July 2023. This was part of the municipality’s programs to improve and encourage learners in the district to perform well in their studies.
