Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and Section 22 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that Capricorn District Municipality has approved the Draft IDP/Budget for 2020/2021 financial year during a virtual/videoconferencing Council meeting held on 22 May 2020 at 10h00 at the Capricorn District Municipality Council Chamber.
In line with the COVID-19 pandemic regulations, which regulates the movement of people, the municipality has put in place the following alternative consultation methods for the public and all stakeholders to forward their written comments and inputs. Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances the comments and representations should be made between or from 22th May 2020 to 26th May 2020.
